Jenny Moore
Jenny began singing at the age of 13 in small music groups and school performances. After studying music at Newcastle College she sang in various bands in North East England and on cruise ships around the world – she has recently returned from a two-month cruise in the Caribbean. As well as her busy teaching schedule at the NMC and in local schools Jenny sings with local bands, specialising in function work.

Richard Judson

Richard began singing at an early age with his local church choir and went on to sing with the National Youth Choir of Great Britain. He then completed a BA (Hons) in Communication Arts specialising in music at York St. John College, followed by a masters degree in vocal performance at The University of Newcastle. As well as the NMC, Richard teaches in schools and colleges and works as a freelance vocal coach and musical director with theatre groups and choirs. He also works with several bands and ensembles as a vocalist, guitarist, bassist and pianist. He has experience of successfully preparing students for ABRSM and LCM exams and diplomas in classical singing, pop vocals and musical theatre. Past students have gone on to perform professionally and gain places at some of the countries leading theatre schools and universities.

Verity Hodson Walker
BA (Hons)
Verity began singing at the age of 10. She is a classically trained soprano with an interest in classical singing as well as folk and contemporary styles. After graduating with a degree in music from Newcastle University, Verity taught voice lessons at Buck’s Rock Performing and Creative Arts Camp in America. Upon her return to the UK, she continued to sing in various different choirs in the North East of England whilst teaching Primary Education. She now solely focuses on music instruction to bring her passion for singing, performing, close harmony and listening skills to teaching individualised voice lessons at the NMC.
